Calisthenics

Weight training develops strength and size of skeletal muscles. It is a type of resistance training and it improves overall health and wellbeing. It increases amount of weight and uses a different types of exercises to target specific muscle groups. Weight training is nothing but anaerobic exercise and it is different from weightlifting, bodybuilding. Calisthenics is consisting of variety of simple movements without using any weights or equipments. Cycling is used to improve fitness and cardiovascular health. Pilates is type of exercise, it encourages the mind to control the muscles. Exercise is based on the core postural muscles it helps to keep the body balanced and providing support for the backbone. Pilates is to prevent backpain.
